As the Luxe team looks to upscale the experience across the luxe sites, there is a desire to improve the gifting capability.

We would like to understand how our gift messaging feature compares with our competitors and with best in class sites from other categories. The goal of which is to increase the number of people who think of our sites as a gifting destination…so, ideally, we can look at how we message gifting throughout the full journey.

Please create a deck outlining the opportunities, and recommendations for improvement of the gift message feature.
