I started out in the 1990s as a web hobbyist; making web sites for myself, friends, and family. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to make it my career.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, I created wireframes, designed icons, written documentation, and conducted various kinds of research and testing.
I conducted user testing both live and over video calls, as well as conducted accessibility testing with blind consumers. I also scripted unmoderated user tests, card sorting activities, and more for a variety of projects.
Due to budgetary constraints, I took over management of a CDN network from Adobe called Scene7 / Dynamic Media until a team could be formed. Here, I managed video uploads and the creation of dynamic previews of monogramming functions. I wrote extensive documentation around this system to help others use Scene7/Dynamic Media.
